- Mentorship plays a key role in professional development. It helps newcomers adapt to the complex world of technologies, avoid mistakes, and accelerate the learning process. Mentors share their experience and knowledge, which allows young professionals to grow and develop faster.

2) How does mentoring contribute to personal development?

- Mentorship not only helps develop professional skills, but also promotes personal growth. Mentors support their mentees, motivate them, and help them set goals. This helps to develop self-confidence and improve communication skills.  

3) What role do feedbacks play in the mentoring process?

- Feedback is one of the key elements of mentoring. It helps mentees understand their strengths and weaknesses and identify areas for improvement. Regular and constructive feedback promotes continuous development and improvement.

4) How does project-based learning help to improve skills?

- Project-based learning allows mentees to put theoretical knowledge into practice. This helps to better understand and internalize the material and develop real-world problem solving skills. Project work also helps to develop communication skills and teamwork abilities, which is very important in our company.

5) What advice would you give to beginners in IT?

- Don't be afraid to ask questions and seek help from more experienced colleagues is my main peace of advice. Learn from your mistakes and don't rest on your laurels. Constantly develop yourself, participate in projects, and don't forget the importance of personal growth.
